CERTIFICATE DETAILS:
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling two adults to a 2-night, round-trip cruise aboard the M/V Regal Empress, from Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau, Bahamas. Aboard ship, recipients will enjoy a comfortable inside stateroom, all meals, live entertainment and shipboard activities. Cruise package does not include transportation, port charges and government taxes, service charges, Florida state sales tax, gratuities, or incidentals while on board ship. Upgraded rooms and travel options available at additional cost.
Recipient is responsible for actual port charges and government taxes of $59 per person at time of booking. These charges are non-refundable. Rates for third and fourth person in your stateroom, when available, may be purchased at the current cruise line rate. The terms and conditions of Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines’ Standard Contract of Passage apply to the cruise. Reservations must be booked at least 45 days in advance of travel. Traveler must be 18 years of age or older unless traveling with an adult. Blackout dates may apply during seasonal and Holiday periods. Additional blackout dates may apply and blackout dates are subject to change without notice.
Travelers must have proper documentation. United States citizens need at least one of the following: A) A valid passports. B) An original birth certificate and photo I.D. C) A state-issued certified copy of a birth certificate and photo I.D. D) Original naturalization papers. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. It is the guest’s responsibility to have required travel documents available at all times. Guests are advised to check with their proper government authority to determine necessary documents. Guests traveling without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel. Documents must be presented at time of embarkation.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $25.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online at www.bahamascruiseforyou.com. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.
CERTIFICATE DESIGN:
The certificate is shown below and is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. You can choose from 7 different borders for the design of your certificate. Click here to see the borders you can choose from. You can also choose not to have a border.
 Unlimited Printing of the Certificate: When you purchase this certificate licensing fee,you will be entitled to the printing of as many number of certificates as needed provided the minimmum of $100 has been met for each category. The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. Online Certificate: The website for the online certificate is www.bahamascruiseforyou.com . In your account area you will be given a url to an exclusive page on that website where your customers can print their certificate. If you go to that website without using your exclusive url, you will only get to the redeem certificate page and not the print certificate page. The online certificate can only be received when using your exclusive url.
Personalization of Certificate: You can personalize the certificate to include your business name and/or website address in the "Compliments of" area. Your information will show on both the printed and online certificates. You can change this information as many times as you want, so if you have more than one company, you can print separate certificates with each business name on them.
Design of Certificate: You can choose from 7 different borders for the design of your certificate. Click here to see the borders you can choose from.
