Refund Policy
We provide a 10 day refund policy. If a refund is requested within 35 days of your registration date we will issue you a refund less a $40 processing and handling charge for each certificate reprint rights fee purchased.
Certificate Selling Restrictions
The Streeter Investment Group strictly prohibits the selling of the certificates on all public auction sites, such as ebay.com. If you are found to be selling certificates on a public auction site, your account will be closed immediately.
Closure of Account
The Streeter Investment Group has the right to close an account at any time without notice if the terms and consitions are violated in any way, and/or if the certificate holders are given false information about the certificate offer by the certificate company.
Disclaimer
The Streeter Investment Group makes no warranty of any kind regarding our website and the content, data, materials, information products and services provided on our website. All of the content contained within are considered "As Is" and should be verified by all parties.
Limitations of Liability
This web site is for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and as a condition of your use you warrant and represent to the Streeter Investment Group that you will not use this web site for any illegal purpose or for any purpose that is prohibited by the terms and conditions of this agreement. The terms and conditions listed on each certificate are subject to change without notice. The certificate holder is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply on the date of redemption. If a certificate is redeemed for an offer that is no longer available, then the certificate will be honored by providing a similar or alternative offer. No refunds will be provided for any certificate program that is modified or discontinued.
Each distributor of the certificates is responsible for maintaining and delivering accurate, current information relating to all certificate programs. Each distributor acknowledges and agrees that it will use and distribute certificates that are subject to modification or discontinuation, without prior notice, at any time. Each distributor hereby waives any and all claims against the Streeter Investment Group in the event any certificate is modified or discontinued, and hereby indemnifies and holds the Streeter Investment Group harmless against any and all claims of certificate holders. Each distributor also hereby waives any and all claims against the Streeter Investment Group for any marketing and advertising costs invested in the event any certificate is modified or discontinued.
